CBSE’s message for parents

CBSE’s message for parents
 – 08 February, 2019
With the Boards commencing from 15 February, 2019, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sent a note to schools, with an instruction that the notes be sent to parents of children appearing for class X and XII examinations.
The letter contains instructions which parents must abide by, to help their child excel in the examinations. It also contains a message for parents, which revolves around exam stress and staying calm.
The letter states the following:
  • Parents are advised to go through the admit card and ensure it is duly signed.
  • Parents are requested to visit the exam centre before the commencement of exam, to understand the traffic conditions.
  • Parents need to ensure that their wards reach the exam centre by 9:45 AM.
  • Students are advised to carry their school ID cards.
  • Parents must ensure that their wards carry only essential items.
Through the letter, CBSE urges parents to encourage their child and remind them of how proud they are of them.
