CBSE’s message for parents

With the Boards commencing from 15 February, 2019, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sent a note to schools, with an instruction that the notes be sent to parents of children appearing for class X and XII examinations.The letter contains instructions which parents must abide by, to help their child excel in the examinations. It also contains a message for parents, which revolves around exam stress and staying calm.
The letter states the following:

Parents are advised to go through the admit card and ensure it is duly signed.

Parents are requested to visit the exam centre before the commencement of exam, to understand the traffic conditions.

Parents need to ensure that their wards reach the exam centre by 9:45 AM.

Students are advised to carry their school ID cards.

Parents must ensure that their wards carry only essential items.
Through the letter, CBSE urges parents to encourage their child and remind them of how proud they are of them.
