Kokuyo Camlin, one of the prominent stationary brands of India, launched ‘Camel Child Grip Crayons' to improve children’s fine motor skills and enhance grip development.
The product is said to set children’s creative side of the brain free, with its easy to hold design and attractive bright colours. It is said to stimulate brain development among children by improving the hand-eye co-ordination which ultimately improves their handwriting skills in the future. The crayons are said to be non-toxic and also conform to the international safety standards. The crayons can also be washed from non-porous surfaces.
The product received an overwhelmingly positive response from teachers, special educators and physiologists and was also praised for its design and grip development ability, which experts claim could help in the cognitive development of children with special needs.
