CBSE brings in TETRA

CBSE brings in TETRA
 - 12 February, 2019
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has acquired Theory Evaluation Trend Analysis (TETRA) software to ensure fair conduct of examination across all the states. It is designed specially for those students who feel punished due to the high-level difficulty in the question papers.
CBSE had used the TETRA software in 2018, after the Mathematics paper for class X and the Economics paper for class XII were leaked. This year, the software has been introduced to display the live trend of average marks scored across the centres. The software also aims to moderate marks in case there is any degree of ambiguity in the question paper.
The class XII examination is stated to commence from 15 February and the class X examination is stated to commence from 21 February, 2019.
